2003 – present

The period from 2003 to the present is characterized by a series of product developments and innovations. It included the announcement of Felix Gmachl's succession – now master brewer and CEO of Austria's oldest wheat beer brewery.

In 2011, the 110th anniversary of the Salzburg Weissbierbrauerei was celebrated with the creation of the Jubilator beer.

After his training at the Doemens Academy in Munich, Felix Gmachl founded a brewery in Kansas City in 2013 based on the model of "DIE WEISSE" together with Steve Holle, an American real estate dealer and beer lover.

In 2015, Felix Gmachl took over as manager of the Salzburg wheat beer brewery. After just a few months, his development of the first gluten-free organic wheat beer caused a sensation in the industry.

In 2016, the brewery was modernized to create a state-of-the-art plant, ensuring the continued future production at a high-quality level.
