Since 1901 - Austria's oldest Wheat Beer Brewery



Regional, fresh and of the highest quality – that does not only apply to our beer but to the dishes cooked in our kitchen, too.

That is why the WEISSE teams in both the brewery and the Wirtshaus pub rely on local suppliers who can look back on a long tradition as well.

Meat & sausage products, for example, come largely from the highly decorated master butcher Hans Mache from Moosstraße, while chef Markus Sikora relies Walser farmers for the delivery of the vegetables.

The right mustard is at least as important as a high-grade weisswurst – a veil sausage – is. Hans Baumann, a small factory from Rosenheim, supplies it.

One leads to another... the wonderfully soft pretzels and the remarkable "Dampflstangerl" pastries are brought in fresh every day from the bakery Forstner in Seekirchen.

The Trumer brewery supplies us with its best – the Trumer pilsner!

When it comes to liquor, "DIE WEISSE" also focuses on regional products.
The house blend ("Taccamore") as well as the hazelnut spirit is supplied by Michi Sporer in the Getreidegasse.

All clear brandies – beer brandy, fruit brandy, apricot brandy, Williams pear brandy, old plum brandy, rowanberry brandy, and the premium gin – are sourced from the distillery Andre Christon from Munderfing.
