5. Bottle aging

During the bottle-aging process, the beer is filled into bottles and matures for approx. eight days while stored at a warm temperature of 16°C. Cooling the temperature down to 5°C immediately stops the yeast activity. After another five days of being refrigerated, the wheat beer is ready for consumption. Bottoms up!
